Ijeoma Ann Nwafor

Psychologist | Innovator | Policy developer
Ijeoma Ann Nwafor is a distinguished expert in psychology, policy development, and innovation. With a wealth of experience in clinical psychology deliveries, manufacturing sector, administrative oversight, and impact sector development and implementations, she has established herself as a thought leader in her field.
As a professor of psychology, Mrs. Nwafor has taught at esteemed institutions, including Towson University and Harford Community College, both in Maryland, USA. Her expertise in psychology includes child and family therapy, clinical psychology, health psychology, and industrial/organizational dynamism.
Mrs. Nwafor holds a double major Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Towson University, a Master’s degree in Psychology, and a Certificate of Advanced Studies with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She is also a licensed Certified Professional Counselor.
With her extensive background in policy development, Mrs. Nwafor has served as Special Advisor to a Nigerian Governor and worked with a Senator as Senior Legislative Aide. She has also been part of the management and leadership of various commercial, non-governmental, and private sector companies in Nigeria and the United States.
Currently, the Country Representative of the Hague Institute for Innovation of Law (HiiL), Mrs. Nwafor is dedicated to promoting people-centered justice. Her commitment to driving positive change is inspiring.
Sylvia Nwoko

Business Analyst | Facilitator | Communications Specialist
Sylvia is a dynamic communications expert, facilitator and Business Analyst, with over 15 years of experience spanning safe communications, wellbeing, and strategic business analysis. At One Knowledge, she brings warmth, insight, and structure to every session—whether supporting clients through emotional healing or empowering teams with inclusive leadership skills. She has led group sessions and corporate workshops on topics including grief support, workplace communication, and emotional intelligence.
With a background in engineering, an MBA, and certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP) and Project Management (PMP), Sylvia combines analytical thinking with a deep passion for human connection and growth.
She is a believer in lifelong learning and inclusive spaces.
